An experienced Receptionist is required for an Insurance company based near Maidstone, Kent. A salary of up to £19,000 is offered, depending on experience.
You will be required to greet guests on arrival and get them refreshments. You will answer the telephone and transfer the call to the appropriate person. You will coordinate the meeting room diary and booking system. You will prepare outgoing post for collection and sort incoming post. You may be required to help out with general administrative duties.

- Experience as a Receptionist
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent administration skills
Commute from Chatham, Aylesford and Tonbridge
